our story

The entire {made by sam} concept was conceived after I received a handbag hook as a birthday gift from my wonderful brother and sister-in-law who live in Alabama. I had never come across one before and was intrigued to say the least.

It turns out they are old school – my 90 year old next door neighbour bought one in Hong Kong in the sixties.

From our humble handbag hook beginnings, we now stock a range of jewellery, headbands & clutches.
